I had a pretty busy October and November is going the same way. So after a long week of work and some pretty bad eating habits of late, I am craving some healthy hearty meals! This is a mix of a pot pie with a Shepard’s pie style topping. It looks like an orange mess but tastes delicious!

I’ve been tweeking my skincare routine recently as when you reach your 30’s you need to start using more anti age products.My cleanser and toner were used up so the cleanser I had been using was a cream wash. I find a cream wash ok for Summer but I prefer a cream cleanser for Winter. I bought the Clarins Anti Pollution Cleansing Milk and Clarins Toning Lotion to try as they are richer and better suited against the winter conditions.

Rome was my second favourite destination in Italy, it has so much culture and history. I think one of my high points of the trip was sitting at a cafe with my friend, having a drink, watching the sun set on the Colosseum across the street. I nearly had to pinch myself to believe it was real but there was many points in the trip that I felt like that!
