Nuxe Skincare Review

As my background is in beauty therapy, I love trying new products!I literally can’t help myself so when I got samples at work of Parisian product Nuxe to try….well it was a big Yes Please!I tried both the Nuxe Melting Cleansing Gel and Nuxe Skin Perfecting Purifying Lotion.

The Melting Cleansing Gel is a face and eye cleanser, for normal to combination skin. It contains rose petals so if you don’t like rose scents then this one isn’t for you!It is called a gel but it is actually quite creamy in texture and can be either washed off or cleansed of with cotton wool and is paraben free. It’s great to remove the day’s make up and the build up on the skin from the day. I actually love the feel of my skin after using this,so much so that I bought it after using the sample.

The Skin Perfecting Purifying Lotion is for combination to oily skin. It is paraben free and contains Iris and Rosemary to tighten pores and matify. I love the feel of this on my skin, the skin tingles and feels really fresh and clean. It gives a lovely base for your moisturiser as well as having a gentle floral fragrance. I also bought this after using the sample because I loved it so much.

This was my first time trying any Nuxe products and I was really impressed,I like the smell and feel of the products. I like the clean look of the packaging, it’s fresh and feminine and very reasonable price. I also have a sample of the Nuxe Unclogging Thermo-Active Mask which I’m planning on trying this weekend!
