Green Juice Recipe

I’ve been wanting to try this Green Juice for a long time so today was the day! The recipe is for 2 servings of 500ml – 600ml size.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 8 Celery Stalks
  • 4 Apples
  • 16 Leaves of Kale
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Inch of Ginger
  • 2 Kiwis

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash the produce
  2. Peel the lemon and kiwi and core the apple.
  3. Put everything in the juicer and serve. If it is a bit thick then add a little water.

I picked up this recipe onย reboot with joeย which has lots of great juicing options. I changed it a little by adding the kiwi,but I’ll be honest this isn’t the type of fruity juice you have on a sunny afternoon! Well unless you like kale, celery or lemon but it is a juice you have to boost the system. This recipe is packed with nutrients which will help boost your immune system,eye health,skin and digestion.
