Healthy Banana Pancakes

Its another pancake recipe but I do love my pancakes!!!This one is simple though, all you need is:



1 banana

1 egg

For extra flavour – 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp shredded coconut, dash vanilla extract

Accompaniments – Berries, oranges, apples, bacon

How to make

Mash the banana and beat with the egg until smooth. If you want extra flavour you can add the cinnamon, coconut and vanilla(dash).Then pour the mixture into a frying pan and cook like a regular pancake. It can burn slightly quicker so keep a close eye on it. Once cooked then you can add the berries, oranges, apples and bacon or whatever accompaniment you like with your yummy pancakes!
