1 cupful oats
2 egg whites
3 scoops of optium nutrition whey protein chocolate flavour (or any other brand)
Strawberries, blueberries, bananas and any other topping you like
How to make
Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat together.If you like thicker pancakes then use less milk and if you like thinner pancakes then use more milk. Ensure the protein powder is well mixed and not lumpy and you can also use any brand of protein powder you prefer. Then pour the mixture into a heated and oiled non stick pan and cook on both sides. Once cooked then transfer to a plate and spread Nutella and any topping you like on top of pancake.
